B) Repair Order No.: 8075My apologies for not contacting your dealership earlier regarding your excellent service. On July 5th, my wife and I were traveling from Granville, Massachusetts through Vernal (roughly 2,220 miles away from home)on our way to Salt Lake City on my 2004 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Right in the center of Vernal my front toe shifter seemed to spin completely loose, making shifting with the heel shifter . . . a tad difficult. We found thru our Garmin GPS your dealership was less than a mile away from our location. Once I got to your dealership I spoke with the Service Manager and he had a mechanic named Brandon come out and looked at the bike right away and then they took the bike immediately into the shop. In less than 25 minutes Brandon was able to come up with a fix and my wife and I were able to complete our trip with no further problems. I have told many people during our trip how fast the service was at your dealership and how courteous and competent all the staff were that we met at Vernal Sports Center.
